Dennis Cakebread comes to Dallas to meet you and enjoy a great meal at SĒR Steak & Spirits. This is a great opportunity to learn about Dennis’ new Washington State project Mullan Road Cellars red wine, enjoy some wonderful Cakebread Cellars wines and have a great evening.

Reception – Cakebread Cellars 2014 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley – shigoku oyster with gooseberry soup, grappa, orange blossom and foie gras with passion fruit, oats, athena melon, yogurt

Amuse – Cakebread Cellars 2013 Chardonnay Reserve, Napa Valley — lobster with uni, risotto, ramp and meyer lemon

Starter – Cakebread Cellars 2013 Pinot Noir Two Creeks, Anderson Valley – squab with plum, pan purdue, turnip, amaranth

Intermezzo – tart apple, lavender, toasted honey, soy

Entrée – Mullan Road Cellars Red Blend, Columbia Valley, WA– elk with celery root, beets, blackberry, truffle
