First Course

Brie and Braised Fig Flatbread with Pear Chutney. Crispy Leeks, Balsamic Glaze and Mirco Arugula paired with Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley

Second Course

Craband Lobster Risotto with Butternut Squash, Lemon Zest, Creamy Mascarpone and Walnut Oil served with Chardonnay Reserve, Carneros, Napa Valley

Third Course

Chef Pría is a Cakebread Cellars American Harvest Workshop Alumni from 2002. He joined with 4 other chefs as well as the Cakebread Cellars culinary team for 5 days of education and sharing of culinary ideas.
