Dennis Cakebread again joins the Montana Master Grillers for adventure, fun and great food for 4 spectacular days at the beautiful Resort at Paws Up. Lots of opportunity to meet and interact with some of the finest chefs in the country, taste great wine and have fun in some of the world’s most beautiful countryside.

 

Chefs recently announced are: Nashville’s Carey Bringle, Boston’s Andy Husbands, Chicago’s Charlie McKenna and Wayne Mueller from Taylor, Texas (outside Austin). In addition Chef Valerie Gordon from Los Angeles, CA and Chef Sheldon Mason of Great Falls, MT round out the team of talented BBQ chefs sure to set your soul on fire.

We are excited to announce this fun dinner to be held at TWO Restaurant and Bar on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 on Chicago’s West Side. Chef Kevin Cuddihee will create a delicious menu to pair with Mullan Road Cellars and Cakebread Cellars wines, with Katie Griesbeck, our National Sales and Marketing Director hosting to share stories and information about the winery and the wines you will enjoy.


Chef Cuddihee uses fresh ingredients from local farms, butchers and markets to create his menu and it will be announced closer to the date of this fun dinner. Dennis Cakebread’s  Mullan Road Cellars Red Blend will pair wiht one of Chef Cuddihee’s special courses and of course your favorite Cakebread Cellars wines will be served to create a fantastic evening.

 

Wines included will be the Cakebread Cellars Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Two Creeks Pinot Noir and Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
